Our Vinyasa Yoga Flow classes bring you through a series of poses while learning to control your breath, bring balance and alignment to the body, and decrease stress. Taught to an ambient, downbeat tempo music background, you can expect to be invigorated during class, though plan on holding some poses a bit longer to build power. Classes may include arm balances, breath work, core workouts, dharma talks, or any other focus the class may wish to suggest. All levels welcome, no experience necessary!
Please note that when more advanced postures are taught, alternative easier options are generally also taught at the same time.

"I’m Meghan! I’m a 25 year old full time yoga teacher and yoga studio manager.
I’ve been practicing for roughly 8 years and have been teaching for over 2 years. I am certified in several types of yoga but I specialize in open level vinyasa and advanced vinyasa. I am dedicated to my own yoga practice and through that dedication I am able to help others find that dedication in themselves.
My dreams are to become a studio owner myself some day and change lives by continuing to spread my lineage of this sacred practice." -Meghan H.
"Hello beautiful humans! My name is Meg and I am beach yogi and aspiring physical therapist.
A lifelong athlete, I’ve always believed in developing practical strength—the kind of strength that allows you to live healthy, accomplish anything, and be ready to overcome the physical obstacles of life. I’ve been practicing yoga for the past 5 years and am excited to share my passion for wellness.
I am fascinated by the human body and love discovering what’s possible from within. Come discover what you’re capable of!" -Meg R.
"My yoga practice was a home practice. I was the type of person where every single minute counted, I was always working or doing something until the last minute. So practicing at home gave me the flexibility to work on myself without compromising the importance I had on time. As my journey progressed, it was through yoga that I realized I needed to slow myself down, be present, and not be in such a rush to get things done.
Today I am learning to slow down even more and take time for healing. You'll find me flowing, inverted, and pushing my comfort zone or you'll notice me laying on a mat fully supported by props in rest and relaxation. It is within yoga that I learn to find more balance within and without." -Jasmine Y.
