Vinyasa Yoga

Our Vinyasa Yoga Flow classes bring you through a series of poses while learning to control your breath, bring balance and alignment to the body, and decrease stress. Taught to an ambient, downbeat tempo music background, you can expect to be invigorated during class, though plan on holding some poses a bit longer to build power. Classes may include arm balances, breath work, core workouts, dharma talks, or any other focus the class may wish to suggest. All levels welcome, no experience necessary!

Please note that when more advanced postures are taught, alternative easier options are generally also taught at the same time.

"Over the last decade, Carla has practiced several yoga traditions such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha. She earned her 200 hour teacher certification from Revolution Yoga and has been a practicing instructor for two years.

In addition to yoga, Carla is currently in school for massage therapy and also studies somatic therapy as well as various Eastern and Western spiritual practices. She holds a Bachelors of Metaphysics from the University of Sedona and is a Reiki Master under the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, and offers healing sessions under her brand, Soul Eclipse Healing." -Carla V.
